He brings deep expertise in gas network operations, strategic planning, and business innovation, playing a pivotal role in the company’s transformation. In Corporate Supplies and Administration, he drives supply chain efficiency, cost management, and traffic safety, while ensuring optimal business conditions through insurance oversight. In Innovation and Development, he leads strategic initiatives through the Managing Director’s Office and the Continuing Transformation Office, champions quality via the Superior Quality Service Programme, and oversees Towngas Innovation Funding. His leadership has culminated in award-winning initiatives like the “G = i×i” and “Stratnovation” programmes, both recognized for excellence in organizational development and cultural change.</p>
