IBEL is a Hong Kong registered and highly respected charity, which provides critically needed and holistic educational support to Hong Kong's marginalised and underprivileged ethnic minority children. He is also an avid sports enthusiast and has been extensively involved in the development of girls rugby in Hong Kong for over 10 years.
