NG Yun Qiao joined China CITIC Bank International Limited (“CNCBI”) in April 2020, currently appointed as Managing Director and Head of Structured Finance of the bank. With leading of professional teams for managing of CNCBI’s Structured Financing (i.e. Merger & Acquisition, Privatization, Pre-IPO), Real Estate Financing, ESG related financing; and Syndicated Financing etc.
Prior to joining the bank, NG was an Executive Director, Head of North Asia Region of Syndicated Finance, DBS Bank Ltd for 10 years; and Stockor also worked for fund management in Shanghai International Shanghai Growth Investment Limited (770.HK), AIG Investments and Access Asset Management, listed equity investment companies.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Finance and Marketing from Deakin University. He is a Board Director and the China Committee member of Asia Pacific Loan Market Association Limited (APLMA).
