**About Mr Kuntal Dave**
A Chartered Accountant, Registered Valuer and Insolvency Resolution Professional, with over 30 years of experience in advising clients (local as well as foreign) on tax and regulatory matters concerning corporate actions (including fund raising and M&A) and international taxation.
With a mission of contributing to the nation’s growth (by supporting employment generating businesses), he has founded two tech platforms, e2mp (www.e2mp.net) and Tech.CA (www.techca.net). These platforms shall (a) empower start ups with automated tools to outsource identified non-core business functions and (b) engage them with sound credentials into robust e-commerce market place for facilitating fund raise programs.
He is a member of Executive Committee and Chairman of Asia Pacific Regional Committee of IFA, Netherlands and Board member of JPA International, France.
He is recognised as International Tax Expert for Tax dispute resolution by Tribute (Foundation for International Tax Dispute Resolution), Netherlands.
