Dexter Baño is a multi-awarded leader and entrepreneur from Quezon City, Philippines. He is the Chairman and President of Orbital Exploration Technologies, Inc. (OrbitX), a spacecraft developer, manufacturer and launcher with vertical in clean technology. He is also the proponent of UltrAssist, an open-source AI-enabled urban mobility solution that reduces human error on the road. He is also working on a light-based internet service provider called Quanta which will become space-enabled through OrbitX.
