Humble Sustainability and managing director of Penbrothers

Josef wears three hats centered around his passion for social impact. He is the managing director of Penbrothers, an employment platform building remote teams for global companies in the Philippines. He is also the ambassador of SOS Children’s Villages, providing homes for abandoned and neglected children. Most recently at the end of 2019, Josef co-founded his own startup, Humble Sustainability, a platform and community that aims to make circular living the new normal. Humble was announced the winner of the Google for Startups and IdeaSpace competition at the start of 2021
