Roland Acquah - Steven has 20 years of compelling experiences in Journalism , Management Consulting, Political Advisory , Infrastructure and Project Finance , Customer Experience Management and International Business Negotiations.
Roland has been Head of Current Affairs and Politics at Radio Gold. He was Head of the News Department and Producer of the Morning Show for over 10 years at the same radio station. He was Director of Operations for Prixim Consulting, a management consulting firm. Roland is the Managing Director of Common Sense Solutions, a boutique consulting firm with interest in Business Negotiations, Reputation Management , Intercultural and Customer Experience Management. He is the Special Assistant and Director of Operations of Mochcom Limited , Mochcom Limited is the official agent of the Sinopec in Ghana, the company which constructed the One Billion Dollar Gas Processing Plant in Ghana.
Roland Acquah-Steven is an alumnus of the Advanced Leadership Programme (ALP ) of the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. He is also an alumnus of the Oxford Programme on Negotiations ( OPN ) of the Said Business School, University of Oxford. Roland Acquah-Steven sports a Certificate in Shaping Healthcare Delivery Policy from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. He holds a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Management from the China Europe International Business School ( CEIBS ).
He completed his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with focus on International and Intercultural Management from University of Applied Management. He sports an MBA with a bias in Healthcare Management from CASS EUROPE / Ghana Telecom University College. He recently completed but yet to graduate from the International Masters Programme for Managers ( IMPM ) , an Henry Mintzberg inspired management program for practicing managers.
