Bayarmagnai Nasanbayar (Suckert) has been running her start-up business, German Döner LLC, European fast-food restaurant and food manufacture since 2013. She was working as CEO of Business Mind LLC, which is business consulting company since 2019. She founded Global Events LLC in 2019, which is organizing forum, meeting & conference. She is founder of BET Media Concept LLC too, which is PR marketing, content creation, social marketing, advertising, film producing and event organizing company. She has been working at management level for over 15 years in Mongolia and Germany and specializing in management, strategy, public relations, retail business, event organizing, sales and service. During the employment she has been developed and implemented strategic and business plans, executed various kind of customer service and communication activities and events, developing the company's official website, maintaining social media pages, developing and implementing sales plans, and organizing sales events. During her career, she reduced the costs of the organizations, increased productivity and steadily increased revenue.
