<p>Vinod Kumar Sehgal is a distinguished maritime executive with over 40 years of experience in the global shipping industry, including more than 28 years in senior international ship management roles. He currently leads SeaQuest Shipmanagement Ltd. as CEO &amp; Managing Director, overseeing global ship management, crewing, vessel operations, and maritime consultancy services across Europe and Asia. </p><p> </p><p>Under his leadership, SeaQuest manages a fleet of 40 vessels under technical and crew management, while pursuing strategic growth initiatives, including the acquisition and establishment of operations in the Philippines to support long-term expansion. </p><p> </p><p>Previously, Vinod spent over two decades with Fleet Management Ltd., Hong Kong, the world’s second-largest ship management company. Rising from Technical Superintendent to Director (Technical), he oversaw more than 300 dry bulk vessels within a 600-vessel global fleet. His responsibilities spanned technical management, safety and quality systems, budgeting, crew management, and new-building supervision across bulk carriers, container vessels, tankers, Ro-Ro and PCTC vessels totaling over 5 million DWT. </p><p> </p>
