Paolo Musu is an industrial engineer with over 15 years of experience in operations, quality, and supply chain management within the food industry. Based in Hong Kong with a professional background in Italy, he currently serves as the Director of Operations for Inalca F&B – Cremonini Group in Hong Kong and Macau.
In this role, he oversees production, logistics, compliance, and product development for the HORECA market. He manages a fresh cheese production plant in Hong Kong and two warehouses in Hong Kong and Macau, overseeing a portfolio of more than 5,000 SKUs. These include food, fine food, wine, and beverages, primarily sourced from Europe and Italy.
Passionate about operational excellence, sustainability, and food culture, Paolo firmly believes in the power of networking among leaders to foster innovation and build strategic bridges between Europe and Asia.
