Joseph Wong is the Head of Operations in Linc Financial, a startup Financial Advisory firm in Singapore. He leads a team responsible for all aspects of the firm operations including new business operations, insurance provider engagement, IT and systems, office management and distribution services. Joseph joined the industry since 2001 and has held various positions with key providers such as AIA, Prudential, Tokio Marine Life, NTUC Income and Manulife.
