Mr. Than Trong Ly is a trust and qualified corporate lawyer in Vietnam with more than 13 years of working experience in the legal sector. His core practices covers Foreign Investment, Corporate and M&A, Labour, Real Estate and Commercial Arbitration.
Mr. Ly currently is a Counsel and Head of Phu Quoc Office of DIMAC, a professional law firm in Vietnam. He has obtained a master degree of laws with distinction from the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom, majoring in International Commercial Law and Business Law.
Before officially joining and developing DIMAC in March 2015, Mr. Ly had approximately 04 years working for Phuoc & Partners, another well-known law firm in Vietnam.
Mr. Ly has advised and worked for a number of high-profile international and domestic clients, and has actively participated in several arbitration proceedings as counsel of either claimants or defendants at Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC).
