Andy Lam is the CEO of Baron Corporation HK, a real estate fund investment group specialise in mixed-use development in Beijing, Shanghai and London. An architect by training with award-winning projects and over 30 years of extensive experience in the real estate development and investment field. Recently, his focus is on various opportunistic and value-add investment projects in the Greater Bay Area.
An active member of professional and community services, he is a Fellow of the 'Asian Cultural Council' since 1998 and a committee member of the 'Appeal Tribunal Panel' appointed by the Development Bureau of the Hong Kong Government since 2015. He is also a panel member of the 'Professional Conduct Disciplinary Committee' for the Hong Kong Institute of Architects.
