Aileen Boy is the Managing Director at Cambodia Israel Chamber of Commerce. The Israeli Chamber in Cambodia has a primary goal to be an active player in supporting the current development efforts done by the Cambodian private and public sectors. They believe in their capacity to be of help by bringing know-how and expertise from Israel to Cambodia. They aim to represent the common interests of the members of the Chamber, to improve the economic, social, and cultural cooperation between Israel and Cambodia, to strengthen and enhance the Cambodian tech community, to provide a base for information and contacts and to ultimately facilitate and increase trade between Cambodia and other countries, more particularly the state of Israel. Bringing know-how and expertise has as a direct consequence, the creation of a new layer in the economy; a layer of development and innovation which ultimately will lead to a reinforcement of the local labour pool capacity
