Vasco Metais is the Co-Founder & Managing Director at NEWAVE. NEWAVE is a tech powered streetwear brand that produces limited clothing equipped with NFC chips. Through our mobile application customers can become club members allowing them to claim both an NFT Certificate of Authenticity and additional exclusive benefits.Vasco Metais was the Head Sourcing Office of PUMA in Hong Kong. He Worked closely with Design teams in the HQ, and the suppliers, he was overseeing the apparel development process for a number of their Key Accounts such as ASOS, Courir, Zalando… He then co-founded NEWAVE and have been working full-time as a Managing Director.
