Richard is a lawyer and fiduciary expert specializing in private wealth, succession, trusts and offshore structures (including funds, EBTs and pre-IPO planning). He is experienced in multiple jurisdictions and is admitted in England & Wales, the Cayman Islands and the BVI. He has lived and worked in the Cayman Islands, UK and Jersey as well as Hong Kong (since 2009) Richard is a member of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law, the Hong Kong Trustees Association and a committee member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Business Families and International Client steering committees and a member of the Hong Kong branch committee. Richard is able to give legal advice, consulting, training and also to act as director/ protector in wealth holding structures.
