Eliza is currently Chief People Culture Officer at Hong Kong Productivity Council. She holds a Master Degree in HR Development and Training with over 30 years all round HR experience as Senior HR Executive in US Fortune 500 Listed Company, Investment Banking and Hong Kong Listed IT Company. She also serves as a member of the Hong Kong Management Association’s (HKMA) HR Development Management Committee since 2011; a Board of Examiner of HKMA’s Award for Excellence in Training and Development since 2012; Executive Committee of the Chamber’s Women Executives Club of The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (HKGCC) since 2014; Manpower Committee of HKGCC in 2017. Member of the Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) External Review for Professional Diploma in Adult Training and Organization Development in 2018. In addition, she was a part-time lecturer in HR Management for over 10 years in HKBU and other Higher Educational Institutions.
