A French native who has called Malaysia home for over 20 years, Julie has dedicated her career to empowering vulnerable communities through education, social entrepreneurship, and impactful grassroots initiatives across Asia. In response to the urgent needs of refugee families during the pandemic, she founded in 2020 — a women-led, UNHCR-endorsed non-profit organisation based in Bandar Baru Ampang Today, Greater Action supports over 250 marginalised Afghan refugee families through programs focused on quality education and language learning, sustainable livelihoods, artist development, community building, and emergency healthcare. Driven by a mission to empower Afghan refugee women, Greater Action provides the skills, resources, and opportunities needed to foster financial independence and long-term self-sufficiency — creating meaningful, measurable impact that aligns with corporate social responsibility values and sustainable development goals.
