<p>A French native who has called Malaysia home for over 20 years, Julie has dedicated her career to empowering vulnerable communities through education, social entrepreneurship, and impactful grassroots initiatives across Asia.</p><p>In response to the urgent needs of refugee families during the pandemic, she founded <span style="font-weight:bold">Greater Action</span> in 2020 — a women-led, UNHCR-endorsed non-profit organisation based in Bandar Baru Ampang.</p><p>Today, Greater Action supports over 250 marginalised Afghan refugee families through programs focused on quality education and language learning, sustainable livelihoods, artist development, community building, and emergency healthcare.</p><p>Driven by a mission to empower Afghan refugee women, Greater Action provides the skills, resources, and opportunities needed to foster financial independence and long-term self-sufficiency — creating meaningful, measurable impact that aligns with corporate social responsibility values and sustainable development goals.</p>
