Joanne’s experiences cover investment, corporate finance and advisory work in the Southeast Asia and China. She has been actively involved in various corporate exercises such as restructuring, M&As and IPOs and was part of the team managing the successful IPO for a software company in 2014. She is also extensively involved in advising and managing early-stage start-ups companies in Asia. Prior to joining Netrove, she was a Senior Associate in OSK Investment Bank Berhad (now known as RHB Investment Bank Berhad) under its management training program. She holds a BSc Actuarial Mathematics and BSc (Hons) Economics from University of Michigan.
