With a great passion in Cognitive Psychology and Behaviourism, Kayley started her business in Human Resources & Training sector, where the power of creativity, passionate leadership and a result-driven approach translates into formulating business opportunities; that inspire companies to nurture their people with the best development strategy and by the most effective way. Kayley is also a Chairperson of Global Skills Taskforce of The Association of Business and Professional Women (Hong Kong) working for gender equality and the empowerment of women in Hong Kong.
