Based in Hong Kong, Victor Filamor serves as the Greater China head of Consumer Products & Services, as well as of Healthcare & Life Sciences at Stanton Chase. In a corporate career spanning 25 years, he has lived and worked across four countries across Asia Pacific in regional and BU roles with Consumer and Industrial Fortune 500 and Asian multinationals. Additionally, he has over 15 years of experience as a retained executive search and leadership consultant.
He has led recruitment teams in the successful placement of numerous senior management and C-suite roles across industry sectors in Greater China,Southeast Asia, Korea, and Japan. He was among the Asia Pacific nominees forAESC’s Award of Excellence in 2020.
Victor is a certified professional coach and provides coaching especially around leadership and career transitions. He is a certified in Hogan Assessment, SHL Personality & Ability Assessment and PROPHET (Predictive Role Profiling for High-Performing Executive Teams).
He holds an MBA Degree (Marketing) from Greenwich University in Hawaii. Victor graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines with a B.Sc. degree in Chemistry, then topped the National Chemistry Licensure Board Examinations. He speaks fluent English and basic Mandarin.
