Stan joined Finnair in 2008 and he was appointed as Regional Head in 2016. His current regional position is responsible for managing overall sales and business in the regions. He guided his teams along like a coach - to maximize their strengths, giving encouragement, inspiration and motivate them to achieve great results. Stan is actively involved within his community; he is currently a designated representative of the Board of the Airlines Representative and Board of Director of Finnish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.
