“As a seasoned Chief Executive Officer, I bring over 20 years of diverse experience in fundraising, project management, sponsorship procurement, client service, event management and project operations within the sports, entertainment and NGO sectors. My experience has enabled me to deliver results across multiple industries and countries, with a focus on building strong relationship, operational execution and driving business growth.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Xhosa (with distinction) and Industrial Psychology from the University of Cape Town and am also a neuro-linguistic programming practitioner and corporate coach.

Previously, I was the Country Manager at Operation Smile South Africa, and have worked for phenomenal event companies such as Octagon Marketing, Big Concerts, Worldsport South Africa & Arabia. Currently, I am serving as the CEO of the Kay Mason Foundation, leading the organization towards impactful growth, success and most importantly, building Future Leaders.
