Mr. Lam obtained his MBA degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2007. He is also an entrepreneur by building companies Before cofounding Sramek Global Inc., Mr. Lam has been working in the medical and wellness industry for more than 15 years. He was successfully launched and grew a medical service company which was later sold to a strategic buyer in 2017. Between 1998 and 2006, he was the Vice Chairman and CEO of the subsidiaries of 2 public listed companies both in the UK and Taiwan, namely EnterpriseAsia (LEX-EPAI) and Abit Computer (TSEC-2407).About Sramek Global Inc.Sramek Global Inc. was a US company that follows and expands the medical advancements of TEB (Thoracic Electrical Bioimpedance) Technology for non-invasive measurement of blood flow (Cardiac Output, CO). TEB was developed by BoMED MM Ltd., a company founded by Dr. Bo Sramek in 1980 and listed on NASDAQ as BOMD.</p><p>In 1986, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) invited Dr. Bo Sramek as principal investigator to develop the only hemodynamics device to continuous assessment of heart performance of astronauts in space missions. From 1995 to 2017, Dr. Bo Sramek had made great success on his own Hemo Sapiens Inc. by developing a highly precise and smart hemodynamics device for cardiovascular screening and early detection of heart dysfunctions. In 2017, Mr. Toney Lam, as the leading investor acquired all intellectual properties (IPs) from Hemo Sapiens Inc. to establish a smart healthcare company, Sramek Global Inc. with Dr. Bo Sramek.In 2018, the newly developed hemodynamics device TEBCO and HOTMAN System got FDA clearance and CE markings. The device was evolved to cloud computing ready and built-in software algorithms with AI to analyze underlying causes of hypertension, which is widely adopted by many clinical trials papers and medical journals.
