Mr. Ma Ho Man, Hoffman is an executive director of the Company and the Deputy Chairman of the Board as well as a director of the subsidiaries of the Company. Mr. Ma is also a member of the Executive Committee. He is responsible for implementing the Company strategies regarding the business development of the Group as well as managing the Group business and operations. Mr. Ma has over 23 years of experience in the financial industry and years of managerial experience. Mr. Ma is presently a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People Political Consultative Conference (the CPPCC ) and a Standing Committee member of the CPPCC Chongqing Committee. He was awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 2018. Besides, Mr. Ma was awarded Fellowship by Canadian Chartered Institute of Business Administration and Honorary Doctorate of Management by Lincoln University in 2009 and 2010 respectively.
