Aseem is an accomplished sales and business leader with a solid record across Asia over the last 25+ years, of driving business growth through relationship building, execution of innovative strategies across various markets, developing technology solutions and mentoring senior teams. In his current role as Deputy CEO, he brings his passion for building businesses, cultivating leadership and teams, and devising winning client solutions to the forefront. His responsibilities span across multiple domains - from digital, product, and technology to sales, network development, and marketing.Prior to this, he worked in corporate banking, with two international banks, ANZ and Standard Chartered, taking on diverse leadership roles across multiple geographies in North and Southeast Asia. He left banking in 2019 and leveraged his banking experience by working with almost 10 startups for 3 years as an Advisory Board member, advising them on market expansion, product management, customer acquisition and leadership development.
