Zaeem Chan comes with 23 years of experience in Strategic HR and Operational, Consulting experience in area of Talent Acquisition, Leadership and Talent Management, HR process and systems transformation & Change. Zaeem has travelled and work across Asia Pacific Countries including Singapore, China and Malaysia.
Currently, Zaeem Chan Regional Director for Aifa Research operations in KL, a talent/market research firm serving executive search firms and in house talent acquisitions teams in KL, SG, Mumbai and London.
Formerly, Zaeem was also working for Hengyuan Refining Company Berhad as Head of HR, prior to this Zaeem was with TDCX (formerly known as Teledirect Telecommerce) Malaysia, a Global/Asia Leading BPO. Formerly, Zaeem is heading HR for Nokia Networks Malaysia and Myanmar covering end to end HR Management.
Zaeem has worked for Top Brands in every industry including Nokia, Standard Chartered Group, Citibank, HUAWEI Technologies, IBM, Futurestep Korn/Ferry, MAXIS, Prudential, DIGI Telenor, KPMG Consulting, HELP University and INTI LAURETTE Education Group.
Zaeem Chan started his career as Consultant in Human Resources Practice KPMG Consulting where he was involved in providing various HR Consulting services including Executive Search, Assessment Centre, Project Recruitment, HR Transformation & Change, Compensation & Benefits Survey, Outplacement & Career Transition Services, HR portal strategy and development. He then moved on the corporate and Talent solutions space where he held HR roles such as Head of Talent Acquisition, Global Recruitment Delivery Leader and Advisor, HR Site Leader, Executive Recruitment Manager, Head of HR Business Partners, HR Services Lead, Program Manager for Leadership and Talent Management.
