Philippe Metoudi is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Duotem Capital Limited. In 2018, he co-founded Fintica Limited and serves as its CEO . Philippe is also a Managing Partner at AlfaSec Advisors. Philippe serves as a non-executive board member of several Israeli companies. He is also a senior advisor and non-executive board member of the Israel Asian Fund. Philippe is a regular lecturer at Beijing People University and advisor to Xidian University. He co-authored the book Israel and China: From Silk Road to Innovation Highway. Previously, Philippe was a Member of the Executive Board of Clearstream Banking and Chairman of its Market Committee. He received a “Lifetime Achievement Award” in 2011 from Global Custodian and “Banker of the Year” award in 2009 from The Asset. Philippe graduated from the Executive Development Program of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and holds master degrees in Finance and Econometrics from the University of Grenoble, France.
