Eddy is an experienced ACAMS (Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists) certified compliance professional with over 20 years’ accrued expertise of AML, Regulatory Compliance, Project Management and Operation Optimization. In his current position as Vice President - AML Division, Legal and Compliance, he manage a team of specialists in the management the company’s AML compliance program.
In terms of real estate, Eddy is a limited partner to 831 units of multiple multifamily apartment complex as a passive investor, eventually becoming an active investor or General Partner within multiple syndications. Eddy also own an advisory company in Macau to assists foreign investors to navigate the compliance requirements of investing in the multifamily space. Due to the lack of networking opportunities in multifamily meetup in Hong Kong, Eddy started a meetup to introduce the concept of multifamily investment in Hong Kong/Macau.
