Steven is currently the Managing Director and Co-Founder of HariWang, a HR and Fintech platform that provide salary advancement and employee benefits as employer solution. While he also servesas the Managing Director and Co-Founder of NextG which he starts off venture into business and entrepreneur in the year 2020 where the world in pandemic crisis. NEXTG specialize in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and 360 HR Solution.
Prior to current role, steven have more than 10-year experience as leadership in banking, finance & wealth management. Experience in consumer banking, premier wealth, mobile sales team, branch sales team and workplace banking. He achieved numerous awards for sales management and leadership during his 10 years of experience in banking, finance, and insurance.
Graduated and held a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in International Relations and Strategic from the University of Malaya KL had started his banking finance career as young banker.
He is currently responsible for driving the business unit, implementing key strategies, and managing development.
