Ms. Yong Zeng, MBA, is a graduate of the Australia Graduate School of Management, a joint MBA program between the University of New South Wales and the University of Sydney. Before going to Australia in 1998, Yong Zeng studied in the US and worked in a few different industries in China.
Ms. Zeng joined a global executive search firm KornFerry International Beijing office as an Associate as soon as she finished the MBA program. While at KornFerry, Yong has gained significant experience in seeking senior level executives for Fortune 500 corporations and large Chinese enterprises.
In 2004, Ms. Yong Zeng set up BESTalent Search Consulting Co. Ltd, a boutique search firm with focus in the finance and legal industry. As the Founder and Managing Consultant in charge of legal practice and finance practice, she helped many financial institutes and prestigious international law firms find highly sought-after talent.
Not only does Ms. Zeng have rich experience in general management, commerce, sales and marketing, provision of legal advice, HR advice, and executive search services, but also Ms. Zeng is deeply involved in charity affairs, alumni associations, fund-raising events for non-profit organizations, and many social activities.
