Mr. Raymond Lim Jiun Yan is the Chief Operating Officer of Resorts World Cruises. He was formerly the Senior Vice President – Planning and Port Management for Genting Cruise Lines. He joined the group in 2011 and oversees the port operations for Dream Cruises and Star Cruises.

He took over the role as Head of Port Operations and Development for Gentng Hong Kong in 2012. As Head of the division, his role includes overseeing the development of new ports and projects for the group and also the daily operations of the ports within Asia for the fleet and manages the Star Cruises Langkawi Cruise Terminal. Mr. Lim is also the Fleet Itinerary Planner for both Dream Cruises and Star Cruises, and oversees the operations for the Group Resort and Hotels in China – Genting Resort Secret Garden.

Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Lim was working with Hong Kong Resort International Limited which is a major property developer in Hong Kong and South East Asia.
