Laline is the Chief Operating Officer of Global Security Solutions Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Royal Group of Companies. GSS provides an extensive array of services, security, electronic security systems, cleaning, training and beyond. GSS offers tailor-made security services to include professional manned guarding featuring Elite Security Officers, integrated with the latest state-of-the art electronic security systems. All of electronic systems can be monitored remotely no matter where you are located. GSS services include everything to ensure the safety of your home, family, business, your employees, and of course – you. He has over 19 years of experience in various fields related to information technology, telecommunications, and high value cargo shipping & secure storage operations.

Laline started his career in 2004 as an installation coordinator at Cellcard, the biggest mobile phone operator in Cambodia. He then moved to Applifone, a leading mobile phone operator technology from Swedish telecommunications giant Ericsson known as Star-Cell, one of the biggest mobile phone operators in Cambodia, where he worked as a Site Acquisition Engineer from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, he joined Big Communication Company as a Site Acquisition Manager. However, he soon left to take up a new role at Global Security Solutions.

As the Director of Airport Operations at Global Security Solutions, Laline was responsible for managing the secure storage and transportation of high value cargo across Asia Pacific. He received training and recognition from G4S International Logistics, a global leader in security solutions. In 2016, he was appointed to lead the ESS division, which provides electronic security systems for various clients. Since 2023, he has been serving as the Chief Operating Officer, the second in command of the company after the CEO, overseeing the day-to-day overall business operations of the company.

Laline holds a bachelor's degree in IT from Royal University of Phnom Penh and a master's degree in business, general management from Royal University of Law and Economics. He is passionate about innovation and excellence in his field of work.
