Patrick has more than 40 years of experience specialised in Corporate Turnaround, Commodity Trading, Structured Trade Finance, Risk Management, and Merger and Acquisition. He was the senior vice president of Commodity and Trade Finance at Société Générale Singapore and the Chief Executive Officer of Louis Dreyfus Group in China, a global commodity-trading firm. He was President and Executive Director of Titan Petrochemicals Holdings Limited (Stock Code 1192.HK), was an Executive Director of Winter Group (Holdings) Limited (Stock Code 8238.HK), and, was an Executive Director at Huscoke Holdings Limited (Stock Code 704.HK) Patrick has led and managed major regional corporate turnaround cases involving companies ranging from oil trading, shipping and logistics to seafood trading. Patrick also has in-depth experience in the trading of commodity, structured trade finance, and risk management. Patrick is a Fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors, a qualified management consultant and a Council member of Hong Kong Institute of Management Consultants, a member of the Hong Kong Securities and Investments Institute, an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Bankers, United Kingdom and holds a Master Degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Australia, and, an Executive Diploma in Management Consulting from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
