Thomas is CEO and founding partner of THE 1st HR ADVISORY & ETHICS GROUP©. He studied economics at the Georg-August University in Göttingen, graduated with a degree in business administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) with honours, and has since gained more than 20 years of experience in national and international industrial, trading and service companies of various sectors, sizes and legal forms. During this time, he was responsible for the functions of sales/marketing, controlling/finance, IT/organisation, human resources, legal and consulting and was intensively involved in the topics of process optimisation, risk management, strategic alliances and business development. Before Thomas T. Behncke moved into HR & Management Consulting, he worked successfully for companies such as KPMG, BMW, Continental, Otto Versand, GEVA, Bertelsmann, ML Immobilien, Marc Schuhfabrik, net AG, JLW Holding AG and MEDIKO.
Thomas has created well over 1,000 jobs with the companies he founded and managed, which are still secure and forward-looking today, and in this respect he is a successful entrepreneur and consultant. He likes to incorporate his knowledge into projects and shares it with other people in a variety of posts on social media. In 2016, he founded THE 1st HR ADVISORY & ETHICS GROUP©, a group with very high quality standards for professional HR & Management Consulting. With the brand INSEMACO® they are active in Executive Search & Interim, with INQIMACO® in Training & HR Management Consulting and with both mainly in the German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). With INSECOGO® they are a worldwide partners network of legally independent & qualified partners in their respective countries in Worldwide Executive Search, Interim & Executive Consulting.
