Ricky started his career in recruitment at Robert Walters in 2003 as a consultant in London, where he successfully grew the legal division and was subsequently promoted to Director in 2007. He relocated to Hong Kong in 2010 and has since then expanded his responsibilities in leading more teams. On top of managing Robert Walters Hong Kong, Ricky launched the Walters People brand in Hong Kong in 2020, and in thesame year he was promoted to the Managing Director of Greater China covering offices in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Suzhou, Shenzhen and Shanghai.
Prior to joining Robert Walters, Ricky worked as a solicitor in Australia for top-tier law firm DLA Phillips Fox. He also worked as an in-house legal counsel for a NASDAQ-listed company where he specialised in intellectual property and information technology law. Ricky graduated with an LLB And also a BSc degree.
