Natalie M Smith is an English Solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of Justice of England & Wales in 2003. Prior to taking up her role at Lutea (Hong Kong) Limited (Magentum Fiduciary Services) she worked extensively in Tax & Estate Planning and Trust & Company structures. She’s worked with family offices, international entrepreneurs, both regional and city law firms, and headed up the Private Client and Wealth Structuring team for one of the ‘Big 4’ Accountancy Firms. After nearly 2 decades of practice, she joined Lutea (Hong Kong) Limited as Director in November 2019. In December 2021, Natalie was appointed Managing Director for Asia.Magentum Fiduciary Services and provides a full range of trust and company services: it provides trustee and administration services to trusts and pension schemes, provides corporate services as well as estate planning, will drafting and tax services for its clients. It also provides bookkeeping and accounts preparation services, as well as company secretarial services primarily to HK clients but also to clients based across Asia. The Company is a licensed and regulated by Hong Kong Registry for Trust & Company Service Providers and Hong Kong Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority
